About Our Founder

SOFIA G was founded by Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Melissa Dowd, in the San Francisco Bay Area. Through Melissa's personal and continued journey of self-development and her work with her clients over the years, she has learned that navigating the ups and downs that life throws our way is made a whole lot easier the more mindful we can remain. In an effort to share her knowledge and tips & tricks towards living a more joyful life, SOFIA G was born.
